Horizontal Nitriding/Nitrocarburizing Furnace
- Tempering and annealing under a nitrogen atmosphere
- Nitriding, nitrocarburizing
- Pre-oxidation with demineralized water or air
- Post-oxidation with demineralized water
- Pre-vacuum: discharges the air (oxygen) in the furnace, significantly shortening the gas replacement time and saving the protective gas
- Negative pressure in the furnace can further clean the surface of the workpiece
- Cooling: for canister/tank cooling of workpieces
