Four nitriding horizontal furnaces are front-loading and designed specifically for precision gas nitriding in a retort style with vacuum purge. This series gas nitriding method precisely controls the case depth and nitride layer formation (including white layer), achieving high surface hardness, improved wear resistance and longer fatigue life.
Two tempering horizontal furnaces are designed to temper workloads after hardening. This series of furnaces are capable of achieving ±10°F from 400°F-1300°F through nine points. JGEF tempering furnaces extend the heat treater’s capabilities by offering greater capacity to its growing customer base.
